Millrose beers and numerous other specially selected
beers are available to enjoy on premises and at
the Country Store for your take home pleasure.
Unlike wine, beer is an entirely "made"
product, brewing beer is considered an art as
well as a science. The art is in manipulating
a number of complex reactions between the water,
grain, hops, and yeast along with the variables
of quantity, type, temperature, and timing, all
working together to create the subtle difference
in the various styles of beer. At Millrose
Brewing Company we create 7 barrel brews, or about
1900 glasses per brew.
COUNTRY INN ALE
Pale ale light in
body and light in color. It's best with
lamb, beef and grilled fish like salmon or swordfish.
DARK STAR LAGER
Dark in color, due
to deep roasting, but light in body. Great
with spicy foods, pastas, and seafood.
PRAIRIE PILSNER
A pale beer with
a clean, crisp dryness, like chardonnay, it is
easily adaptable to many dishes from simple seafood
to poultry and veal.
PANTHER ALE
Full Bodied Amber Ale.
Well balanced malt and hops. Goes well with
beef, poultry, or fresh seafood.
